The All Stretton Village Society (ASVS) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This statement describes how we collect and use the personal information that we may collect about you.
We collect various Personal Data (e.g. Name, email, address etc) from you when you sign up to our newsletter or to our 100 Club. Below, we outline why we need the data, what we do with it and what your rights are.

Purpose and legal basis of processing your Personal Data: We process personal data so that we can fulfil our obligations to you as. This includes membership of the 100 club, and our newsletters. The legal basis for processing your email address for this purpose is ‘Consent’. We will only store your name and email address. You can withdraw this consent at any time, by unsubscribing from the list. If you do this, your email address will be removed.
Recipients of your Personal Data: Your personal data is held electronically on the web hosting servers of this site. The 100 club data will also be processed by the 100 club adminstrators in their homes.
Storage period: We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as we are obliged to in order to fulfil our agreements and any legal obligations.
